The Choir took part in a wonderful occasion at St James's Piccadilly at the end of November - the Fayre of St James's run by the Quintessentially Foundation and the Crown Estate in aid of the Felix Project . It was a star-studded evening that saw readings by Joanna Lumley and Tom Hardy and performances by Alfie Boe and James Blunt amongst others. The Choir had its own 15-minute slot singing Christmas music but also accompanied soprano Carly Paoli in a festive musical medley and took part in the dramatic finale of O Holy Night with Alfie Boe and Carly. The Choir has performed with Alfie Boe before at the world premiere of Pete Townshend's Classic Quadrophenia at the Royal Albert Hall in 2015. The evening reportedly raised more than £200,000 for the Felix Project which saves surplus food from suppliers and redistributes it to charities.
